9:00 a.m. Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee*
9:15 a.m. Physical Facilities Committee*
9:30 a.m. Finance Committee*
9:45 a.m. Stated Meeting*
*Time is approximate; meeting will begin at the conclusion of the preceding meeting.
If necessary, members of the Board may participate by means of electronic communication pursuant to Article III, Section 3, of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy.
